What makes a great salesperson? Patience, Persistence, and Perseverance for a win-win situation. Yes, Mr. Umang Narang of Policy Bazaar got the right attitude of the ethical salesperson and I’m very happy to receive the highest quality of this service.
It was an ordinary call for me but Mr. Umang make it extraordinary with his work ethic and strong desire to give the right offerings, with a positive attitude to the customers.
Mr. Umang has shown what I call a rapidly dying behavior in the corporate – empathy. He demonstrated all the right qualities of ethical sales. Making customers aware of different ranges of offerings, explaining the pro and cons, and finally giving full freedom to customers to make his or her decision.
But to deal with me is not easy especially when I knew nothing about what am I buying is very difficult. I got dozens and dozens of questions for Mr. Umang but without getting disturbed nor getting frustrated with my never-ending, even repeated questions he didn’t lose his nerves.
I made him call me again and again and the sad part was I didn’t have time to speak to him and need to reschedule the call on more than one occasion. But he was cooperative and understanding.
What I like the most about the whole experience is the trust that I developed in him and the product he was selling. After doing my own research I found that the product he was selling was the right one for my situation on medical insurance.
It gave me big peace of mind to know that he was not pushing any of his products nor he was trying to hide. He shared all the documents, brochures, product disclosure agreements so that I can make well-informed and right decisions.
