I spotted Mr. Suyash Kakade at the gate of my society where he was promoting a fantastic offering from HSBC for its credit cards. These days there are so many salespeople selling dozens of things, most of the time not so genuine, but he was different.
I immediately got attracted to him for his spot tone and assertiveness in communication skills. As I heard him more I further got impressed with the command of his product and ability to handle customers’ objections. He was transparent, honest, and positively persuasive.
What I also liked about him was his own confidence and strong trust in the quality of the product he was pitching. Finally, he convinced me and I bought his credit card!
