What three things give customers comfort at stores? Care, Care and Care! Yes, that is exactly what Mr. Arham and Mr. Rajan at Decathalon, Wakad gave me and my 10 year old son. Mr. Arham, as a Sports Leader, a Cycling Coach was very considerate of my requirements; customer’s feelings and expectations –  delivered quality service while Mr. Rajan, a new trainee was very enthusiastic, people-friendly and with good knowledge of the products.

I’m very impressed with the high quality of customer-centric attitude of both employees. No wonder the Decathlon stores are always packed with happy and satisfied customers who keep on visiting their stores again and again.

Rajan on one end was very approachable and got all the time to explain the features of the products and that helped us in all possible ways to make an informed buying decision.

Arham was very clear about his approach to keeping the philosophy of high ethics and values to benefit the store and give the best deal to customers – giving high value for their money spent.
