What three things give customers comfort at stores? Care, Care and Care! Yes, that is exactly what Mr. Arham and Mr. Rajan at Decathalon, Wakad gave me and my 10 year old son. Mr. Arham, as a Sports Leader, a Cycling Coach was very considerate of my requirements; customer’s feelings and expectations – delivered quality service while Mr. Rajan, a new trainee was very enthusiastic, people-friendly and with good knowledge of the products.
