Today I want to celebrate my failure. Nobody feels happy about their losses, including me. But today, because of the wonderful Customer Service and right pricing policy from TATA I want to celebrate my loss! Once again it is proved that in the era of price war and compromised customer loyalty, the real winner delivers products and service ethically.
Mr. Amit Godambe, Mr. Jayanjose & Mrs. Rekha from CROMA Wakad are Real Customer Service Winners!
For me, CROMA is the only place where I get the best quality products at a reasonable price. It is the most trusted electronic retail outlet in Wakad, Pune. This Monday, I went to CROMA with the same feeling of value and trust but I met with an unexpected and certainly not a very happy surprise, at least initially. The price of my favorite Keyboard from Dell went up by almost Rs. 100 which I was not ready to accept.
Little dejected and unsatisfied I contacted the store manager Ms. Rekha and Jayant and tried to convince them to sell the products at the same price which I bought a few months back.
I contacted area Customer Service Manager Mr. Amit Godambe, tried to match the price with online retail stores but was still not able to convince him too. Later on, they suggest if I can try the loyalty rewards program to get additional discounts but again it didn’t work for my purchasing range.
Left with no options, I bought the product at the same price. Obviously, I lost and lost after almost half an hour of tussle. But I was happy in the end for what these staffs have stood firm and in a friendly manner. TATA is known for its ethics and customer-centricity – it proved again to me.
I found together, Mr. Jayanjose the Store Manager, Mrs. Rekha Gadekar the Sales Staff, and Mr. Amit Godambe, the Customer Service Manager stood tall for what I call as 3F FORMULA – Firm, Friendly and Fair. Firm on the company policies, Friendly in explaining it to me, and Fair in the whole dealing.
I want to honor all three of them with Real Life Heroes for their unshakeable commitment to quality and convincing customers successfully about the right pricing policy, especially in the modern era of a pricing war and adhering to higher service standards. I’m happy that I shop with CROMA and happy that I met these three gems.
