Mark Twain said, “I never allowed my education to interfere with my leaning.” It was around 7pm when my daughter Ananya, currently studying in 9^th Grade in Blue Ridge Public School, Hinjewadi Pune came rushing to me and said that this year there’ll be no fees hike! She was jubilant and I could see proud feelings that her own school has not put her down in the challenging time of national disaster. It was genuine expression of belongingness, the place where she has spent major time in learning is finally fulfilling social obligation. An attachment to a caring education institute that she can now proclaim to be hers. I was amazed to see the maturity of a 14 year old to understand the pain and financial sufferings of hundreds and thousands of working parents who may not be able to bear the extra burden of fee hike. At this time BRPS has done their bit. Wow! she was equally clear the role an education institute can play, who says that these kids don’t understand anything!
