The store was jammed pack and dozens of his sales executives were busy explaining features of the electronic products to the customers. When I asked him how he makes sure that each of his customers is given the right attention.

His response was, “We always make sure to listen to our customers, understand their needs and this is our only way to serve all our customers.”

This is true. I’m a regular customer of Vijay Sales and every time I get to feel a unique sense of importance, an emotion that I invested my money in the right product and bought the product at the right price.
