Mark Twain said, “I never allowed education to interfere with my learning.” What profound words of wisdom. The readiness for Next-Gen learning was very well exhibited by the students of Prestige Institute Management & Research – The Premier Insitute of Central India.

The students at PIMR by their sheer short interaction were intellectually impressive and shared thought-provoking insights,

They assertively articulated their understanding to lead a successful personal and professional life – especially in a post COVID era of disruption with twisted opportunities.

PIMR is having a list of esteemed and elite guidance, Padma Shri Dr. N. N. Jain, the founder and former chairman and current chairman Dr. Davish Jain along with Senior Director Dr. Yogeshwari Phatak. Now, the students were coached and mentored by Dr. Satnam Ubeja, Associate Professor and Coordinator of Session and Marketing Club, and Dr. Vipin Choudhary HOD Marketing Department. Their vision on how to tap on future business opportunities is giving a strong platform to build strong careers.

Throughout the session, three things were notably felt about the student’s caliber and about the conducive environment that is hatched by the institute for the students, even during pandemics where most of the teaching is happening remotely.

The first, and foremost, that the quality of the inputs received from students on the pressing problems they are experiencing was of “higher orbits” – looking for next-best, they were looking for solutions and ready to change. This quality alone is anyone truly decides the height of the trajectory their life will take.

The second one was the eagerness of students to take ownership and lead was very special. It is common for students to showcase their expertise but what was so amazing to notice is within a small span of time they confidently understood and adopted the intriguing and challenging questions from me.

They were open, honest, and eager to learn and grow.

The third was the quality collaboration between students and faculty. This decides the quality of team bonding and ability to get results with co-creation and synergetically in their professional and personal life. A must habit that helps them to move from dependent to independent to inter-dependent.
