Every year, policy renewal is a nightmare experience for me but this year it was just fantastic!  I don’t know which policy to pick and why? I always look for an ethical expert to guide me and this time I was lucky to get a call from Ms. Ruchi Kumar – she was well informed about the insurance market and she got a good grip on different options that will be beneficial to me.

But the most important thing that I liked about the whole discussion with her – she was not in hurry to complete the sales process. Also, she didn’t dump any policy on me without explaining it to me. She gave me enough time and never forced me in picking the policy of one company over another. She made me feel like the decision-maker!

Instead of her selling me I felt I bought the right policy by myself. Her task was to give all required information, not hiding any clause from me. And after that, it was a very easy decision for me. She not only helped me in buying it but also educated me in making the right choices.
