Years back George Bernard Shaw said that “The youth is wasted on young.” But was not true when I interacted with a group of 30 members from the Rotaract club of Aundh and Mideast Pune. Without a doubt, they all are young, enthusiastic, and visionary. They all had one thing in common, Growth Mindset and ready to turn every stone.
Motivation Session for Rotaract Club Aundh & Mideast Pune by Anand Munshi
Rarely we got to see the youth of a community is coming together for a bigger cause but it happened right there. Leaving their comfort zone of routine they wanted to bring self-transformation before they pass it to others. On one hand, they are eager to learn new things, get challenged to break their own inner barriers but on the other hand, they are also optimistic about their own confidence to become a change agent for society.
The session covered the core principle of personal leadership and how to create a high-performing team. They are ready to understand what makes a team, organization successful and what one needs to do as a leader to bounce back.

The most amazing part of the group was – they all were positive and explorers to learn future-friendly things. In spite of well-paying jobs, most of them have that insatiable need to gain excellence in their area of work.
I’m honored to be a part of this vibrant club and my special thanks go to Rtr. Yash Wani, Rtr. Niyati, Rtr. Sejal, and lot many others – who tirelessly worked to make this event a big success. I’m happy to honor them as “Real Life Heroes” for their dedication to bring positive change in them and then transfer it to others.
