Dreams are not something you see when you sleep but dreams are something that doesn’t make you sleep.
All is well that ends well. Miss Aishwarya Narendra Borde, was a typical city fun-loving girl, living her life One Day at a time. She had a passion for her dance and she loved every moment of it.
Little did she know that one simple piece of advice from her teacher that she should start her own dance academy now popularly Dancing Era will bring such a major shift in her life. She has taken the right decision but the bigger challenge was to make it right. Things were simple but not easy.
She says when you have unlimited passion no force in the world can stop you. Aishwarya was thinking big but was ready to start small and she acted immediately on her plans. That separated her from others who just wait for their golden opportunity to start BIG.
Who could believe in the dream of a girl who is barely in her second year of a college education – started with only four students, all sorts of possible problems and challenges from society and people started to stop her from growing. But again is it said when you have unlimited passion no force in the three worlds can stop you.
Things were fine until one day she was told that there is some back injury that would stop her from walking and forget dancing for the rest of her life. Her whole dream started shuttering right in front of her eyes. She could hardly put one foot after the other, and always needed to depend on family members for regular doctor check-ups. According to her, the biggest pain is to become dependent on others.
It was not easy but still that time she had already started to set up a Framework and started hiring instructors for her 4 different locations.
When one opportunity closes other opportunities open up. She started getting all possible help from the instructors they all learned the things and started managing the center dance academy themselves.
Because of her own strong convictions, she bounced back, to the surprise of others and for the happiness of her family she got cured and started pursuing her passion of dance. She got opportunities to perform in Europe and now she is running a successful Dance Academy all over Pune.
Her dream is to start her own franchise model and an event management company where she can teach dance to hundreds and hundreds of students through her Dance Academy – Dancing Era.
Aishwarya’s one-line advice to the young entrepreneur is to follow your dream and chase it with all your passion. No matter if you are surrounded by negativity, your love for your dream will give you the courage to bounce back from all the challenges in life.
