How India can beat US & China ! Creating One Million Entrepreneurs in next Five Years. Interview with Success Coach Anand Munshi
Can India have one million more entrepreneurs in next five years? That means out of 1300 million India’s population, we need only one from every 1300 Indians to create job for them at least to start with rather than depending on others – what we like to call one-man entrepreneurship. The good thing is unlike Japan, India by itself can provide very big local market for entry level entrepreneurs and hence there is no need to beat strong and established international competition and depend on foreign buyers. The only thing that is required is ability to provide cost-effective value addition to customers.
It all should start with young and that too from schooling and professional colleges educational offerings. Each student should be given a task based on area of their interest to “create” products that are better or “provide” services surpassing current offerings. And that’s it! Then their whole curriculum will automatically become practical and student’s approach towards education will transform into engaging and empowering themselves rather than become well paid employee. And most important thing is their theoretical knowledge can be easily translated into action.
Yes there will be challenges but they are worth going for. In order to create self-reliant India we need more and more citizens who can eventually create world class export driven economy through synchronization of education, technology and unshakable support of government to provide required infrastructure and equally supportive environment to budding businesses.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
