My son, a fanatic lover of Lego toys and he waited for a long to get his favorite toy but it was not available when we browse. He was upset!
On our small request, Mr. Suvendu did some intense search and found it but again with a surprise – it was not in proper packing. Understanding my son’s love for the toy, and no other option available, he took some time off from his busy schedule and patiently explained to my son ( a tough job to convince 9-year-old!). I could see two great minds at work at that time. He showed how the very same toy in its current condition is as good as his “favorite lego toy” that he was dreaming and there is no compromise at all!
