Well what else you can tell when you received a service that was way beyond your expectations. My six-star rating for this service team of Akshata Gangurde as a Store Manager, Abusufiyan Attar, Senior Engineer, and Rohit Mestry the Customer Care Officer at One Plus service center at Chinchwad Gaon in Pune.
It was a normal working day for the One Plus team but for me, it was panic that turned finally out to be the most memorable service that I ever received.
I was in the middle of an important business transaction and my phone has given up. Absolutely no backup and no other way to close the deal. Hurried and worried I rushed to the service center – and hoping literally nothing short of a miracle; fixing the issue in one go without leaving the phone.Abu the experienced engineer both in technical and human relationships, didn’t take much to identify that all my eggs are in one basket and he then used the magic words, “Don’t worry I can give it a try and fix it.” Immediately, I was relieved and convinced that now I’m in safe and responsible hands. I was told to do something that I never thought – relax!
They did everything with the book and took that extra step that certainly took the level of customer service related to the next level. So happy and so satisfied. I could save the deal.
