It is said, that when people around you lose their heads you don’t lose yours. They demonstrated it perfectly in their roles. They were proactive, understanding, and competent but above all what makes them deliver outstanding service is their ability to have patience to deal with their customers.
I guess, it was as usual, a busy and chaotic day for the team at the billing and insurance section at Jupiter Hospital Baner. There seem to be infinite questions of the visitors that are to be taken care of by only a limited number of staff. Every customer of course wants attention and near-perfect solutions to their problems. Aruna along with her colleagues makes it possible every time, every day, and Rajas makes it look simple with a smile!
For me, it was the same. After a whole day of exhaustion and confusion when I could not reach a common understanding, she proactively came to assist us in our discussion. Not only that she calmly and patiently guided us with the paper. Yes, I know it was her regular work, but she did it fantastically well.
Finally, because of Aruna and Rajas, we were able to complete the insurance paperwork on time. Regular work but again done extraordinarily.
