Once again Starbucks proved why they are leaders in understanding and delivering impeccable customer satisfaction with their quality and innovative products, cheerful staff, and outstanding customer service.
It was yet again a tiring day with sleepless nights. I was desperate to eat something quick and catch up on my sleep. Starbucks was the obvious option but little did I know that one of the best customer service experiences is waiting for me. With a big genuine smile and care Brainy gave me all possible options for me to eat, never mind repeating them to a sleep-deprived person.
I immediately realized the magic is in their attitude, and their desire to serve and bring a smile to my face. They were so eager to give a feeling of WOW to me. I was reconfirming why Starbucks year after year are leaders in providing outstanding customer satisfaction.
If I see it was not the first time I ate a sandwich nor the first time someone at the restaurant was nice. They why I was so happy.
It must be in their philosophy, their strategy, the leadership vision, and most importantly regular training to make sure that their core competence is still maintained.
