Success in business is simple but not easy. You just need to identify the genuine needs of your customers and put all your energy into fulfilling them – correctly and quickly.
This is exactly what Ms.Nancy Kharbanda did during our flight from Kathmandu to New Delhi on 27th Aug 2023.
I was traveling with my wife and son, tired of long flights, and were also fasting – and on a special diet. In spite of her hectic schedule of serving other customers, she understood our needs and made adjustments so that we could have our breakfast with whatever was available.
She was empathetic, considerate, and without any doubt had a sincere desire to serve.
What I realize it after spending millions of dollars on building a culture of customer care and customer-centricity it boils down to the real efforts of an employee who can take extra efforts to bring a smile to the customer’s face.
