His appointment was at 3pm and right at 3PM the bells right, it was he, with BIG smile on his face. On my request he entered and gave all the right guidance so that I can make well informed decision to sell my use phone.
In spite of me asking hundreds of questions he was calm and composed. Not rush and no frustration. He also made sure that I take my own time to make decision. He got all one need to become an exemplary sales person – hard work, patience and constant learning
